Received a request from engineering department to develop a one stop solution to creating, updating, and approving Engineering Change requests in the organization.
Previous they had to manually fill a word document, then send it to approvers based on the change type and production line.
Manually fill the approvers and their email and send an email for further processing.
So, I created a program where we fill the common required information and it automatically fills the remaining information and sends an email to the required approvers when the user clicks on the create button.
Created a program to fill all the necessary details as shown below.

Once the user fills the necessary information and click on the create button, it will send an email to the listed approvers like the Plant Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality Manager and Production Manager.

The data created can be viewed by going to the display screen by clicking on the display screen.

When we double click on any link it will open it in a detailed display window.

Approvers can open the ECF request and approve or reject.
An email is sent to the creator about it.
